Sino-Australia Cooperative Program-Food Nutrition and Inspection

This major is in collaboration with Institute of TAFE, Australia. Students who can meet the standards of cooperative program will receive a diploma of Associate Degree awarded by SADEU as well as a diploma of TAFE. Only if you could meet the qualification of English, you are qualified to apply for the undergraduate course in Australia. 

Our Target: Help students gain a good knowledge of culture background of China and Australia, master the ability of applying Chinese and English, maintain the solid specialized theory and skill, get to know the internationally advanced food science and technology. We are committed to develop specialists of high-level technology who expertise in food manufacture, delivery, sale, inspection and management in the agricultural food production enterprises, import and export companies and in high-catering fields. 

Major Courses: Communicative English, Specialized English, Apply an Understanding of nutritional biochemistry, Initiate a quality audit, Manage and evaluate new product trials, Mange and lead inspection and monitoring programs, Plan and manage food product research and development, Food analyzing technology, Food microbe inspection, Apparatus analysis, food crafts technology, etc.
