赵立业，女，1989年1月生，中共党员，中国海洋大学博士，讲师，硕士生导师，国际期刊《Energy》审稿人。主要研究方向有自主导航算法研究、动态尾流控制与建模、风电机组故障诊断、海上风-浪耦合载能机理。工作经历为2015年09月-2020年08月任大唐集团下属单位的科技主管2024年12月至今在山东农业工程学院机械电子工程学院电气工程教研室讲师。主讲《自动控制原理》，《控制系统仿真与设计》
