On the afternoon of July 29th, Phoebe CHEN, director of the Australian Association of Education and Training, visited our school. Party Secretary Ding Xibin and Vice President Zhang Zhaoming met with the visitor, the heads of the International Affairs Office, the School of Food Science and Engineering and related staff attended the meeting.

Party Secretary Ding Xibin first extended a warm welcome to Phoebe's visit and expressed gratitude to her for their efforts to promote the smooth development ofour Sino-Australia cooperative education program under the background of prevention and control normalization of the COVID-19 pandemic.He also expressed the hope that both parties can overcome the difficulties together and ensure the program completeness with high quality.

Vice President Zhang Zhaoming and Phoebe conducted in-depth discussions on program teaching curriculum and students management, and hoped that both parties can continue to improve the online teaching system in the new semester and improve the quality of online teaching for program students.

Phoebe stated thatthey will continue to spare no effort to serve the program students, introduce the Australian online course quality assurance system into program teaching, and work together to build a high-quality brand for Sino-foreign cooperative education programs.

Afterwards, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the challenges and opportunities faced by Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools under the background of thepandemic,and the ways to develop new models and explore new paths.
