Recently, students from the Visual Communication of School of Arts participated in the 25th South Korea International Communication Design Competition and wonone silver award, seven excellent awards, and 16 finalists.

This competition is hosted by the South Korea International Design Association and is an international design competition open to countries around the world. The competition received more than 4,000 entries from more than ten countries including South Korea, Japan, China, Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States. The works are rich in form, including poster design, brand design, illustration design, packaging design, digital design and other types. In this competition, there weretwo gold awards,four silver awards,ten bronze awards, 30 awards for excellence, and 200 finalists.

Focusing on the theme and requirements of this competition, since March, the School of Arts has organized students to actively prepare for the competition, and arrange Korean Professor Han Changkyu to provide regular guidance to participating students. At the end of May, our school passed strict screening and submitted 65 poster works to the contest organizer. After strict evaluation by the organizing committee, some of our school's entries were highly recognized by the jury. In the end,the entries won one silver award,seven excellent awards, and 16 finalists.

By participating in this event and receiving awards, our school's visibility and influence in the field of design have been effectively promoted, which will greatly promote the professional construction, teaching level, and study style of our school's design science.
