Application Steps:

All applications must be submitted through the Shandong Agriculture and Engineering University International Student Service Platform.

Step 1: Register an account with your personal email and information.

Step 2: Upload all required materials as instructed (Please ensure the information provided is true and valid, and keep your phone and email accessible).

Step 3: Regularly check for feedback in the application system, promptly revise any non-compliant materials, and re-upload them to the system.

Step 4: After the materials are approved, submit a self-introduction video as required.

Step 5: Once the applicant is admitted, the university will send the admission notice, tuition fee payment notice, and accommodation fee payment notice through the International Student Service Platform.

Step 6: After completing the payment, the JW202 form, admission notice, and other documents will be issued.

Step 7: The admitted student should bring the JW202 form, admission notice, and all original and photocopied application materials to the university for registration on time.

Application Materials

1. Complete the Application Form for International Students Admission toShandong Agriculture and Engineering University online and upload a photo;

2. Study plan (written in English for language students and applicants to English-taught programs; written in Chinese for applicants to Chinese-taught programs);

3. Original and photocopy of the highest academic degree/diploma certificate (if the original is not in English, a translation must be provided);

4. Original and photocopy of the academic transcripts for the highest degree/diploma (if the original is not in English, a translation must be provided);

5. Copy of the passport information page (valid for at least 6 months from the date of application);

If the applicant already holds a Chinese visa, a copy of the recent Chinese visa page is required; applicants currently in China must provide a copy of a valid Foreigner's Residence Permit.

6. Work certificate (if the applicant has work experience);

7. Foreigner Physical Examination Form;

Can be downloaded from the website of the Chinese embassy / consulate in the applicant's home country. The examination results are valid for 6 months. Applicants should plan the physical examination accordingly.

8. Certificate of No Criminal Record and its notarization / authentication by the Chinese embassy or consulate;

The validity period of the certificate varies depending on the policies of the applicant's home country. The certificate must be valid at the time of submission.

9. Family financial statement / bank deposit certificate (equivalent to USD 5,000 or above; not required for language program applicants);

10. Copy of HSK Level 4 certificate (not required for language program applicants);

11. Letter of recommendation (not required for language program applicants);

One letter of recommendation from a high school teacher, class advisor, or school administrator. There is no fixed format, but it must bear the recommender's original signature.

12. Language students and degree-seeking applicants must submit a self-introduction video. Applicants to English-taught programs must submit the video in English.
