On December 23, Zhang Zhaoming, vice president of SDAEU, led a group to Qingyun Town, Qingyun County, Dezhou City, and signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the People's Government Qingyun Town.

Accompanied by Liu Jimin, the Organization Minister of the Qingyun County Committee of the CPC, and Zhang Lei, the secretary of the Qingyun Town Party Committee, the Vice President Zhang Zhaoming and his team went to Wangguquan Village and the construction site of the "Star Home" project respectively, conducted in-depth inspections on the establishment of cooperatives, funeral reforms, construction of beautiful villages, comprehensive improvement of villages, industrial integration, etc. led by the local party building, understood the promotion of rural revitalization in Qingyun Town, the results achieved and the problems encountered, andfully exchanged views on school-local cooperation to promote local rural revitalization strategies and promote rural modernization development.

This time the two sides signed a school-site framework agreement at the important moment of consolidating and upgrading the results of poverty alleviation and accelerating the promotion of rural revitalization. Finally, Zhang Zhaoming and Liu Jijun unveiled the "Shandong Agriculture and Engineering University Rural Revitalization Research Base" and signed the Framework Agreement on Establishing a Strategic Cooperation between Shandong Agriculture and Engineering University and People's Government of Qingyun County.
